- some "dots" are 0.9" and some are 1" - what is the difference between them? flush mount (0.9") vs with a trim ring (1") maybe?
- DEKDOT -0.9” diameter hole, flush mount in hole
- DOCKDOT-1” diameter hole, flush mount in hole
- Recessed down or stair light- 0.9” diameter hole, mounts in hole and trim ring seats on surface
- RGBW DEKDOT-1” diameter hole, flush mount in hole
- I see these are 3 wire - are they SK6812/WS2812B LED chips so I could use a WLED Compatible controller (I understand no warranty but I want to animate them)
- DEKOR cannot guarantee third party RGB, RGBW, & WLED controllers will work with DEKOR RGBW lights. No troubleshooting/warranty is available with the use or attempted use of third party controllers.
- what is the difference between "stair" and "up/down" types? do they also have different numbers of LED's?
- Stair lights use a light element in which the LEDs face down at a 30° angle from the face of the light.
- Down lights use a light element in which the LEDs face straight out from the face of the light.
- Both stair and down have the same number of LEDs.
