From what you have detailed, 6x6 POST, our 6" Solar Post Cap would be the right fit, however without exact measurements of your post, we cannot say with confidence this will be the right fit. Our next size down would be 5 1/2 and that may also fit, or it could be too lose. We do not go higher than a 6" Post Cap.
