We did remove your beautiful photo. Thank you for allowing us to use it for the time being.
It appears as though you purchased your transformer in 2020, so it has been longer than 3 years, which is the warranty policy on our transformers.
We don't specifically understand what you mean by 'treating you like crap'. Please contact us and let us know specifically how we 'treated you like crap' so we can remedy this.
