Dekor EZ photocell timer has blinking "on" light; nothing plugged into it. No shorts, all leds light Ok.

Timer has been working ok for years, now the on light blinks, and no power from outlet to the 100w Dekor EZMAXC POWER SUPPLY. Is there a fuse inside the timer that is bad? All deck lights are fine. Order #14129, 31Jul2017.
