How do we replace these on our current lights

We have some tops of our lights broken and would like to know how these can be changed out on our current lights?

Working with an exacto knife or a pair of tweezers, you should be able to get underneath an edge and pry off the old disc. Be sure to align the new disc properly before pressing down firmly and securing the new disc in place.
