This is a great question!
You have two options:
- Wire a wall switch to an outlet that will turn the supply power on/off. Plug transformer into that outlet.
- Cut and splice a switch between the transformer output wire and the first light. The switch will turn power on/off to the light run. It’s critical that you maintain wire polarity by splicing the red wire onto the left and right side of the switch terminals. The clear wire needs to be one continuous wire and not separated by a switch.
