DEKOR post cap LEDs will turn off completely by a dimmer which has an on/off feature, if power is turned off to the transformer by a photocell timer or by a wall switch installed by your electrician. DEKOR's Cree LEDs turn off instantly and do not continue to glow after power is removed like CFL bulbs.
