Can lit panels be used as indoor transom pane and night light?

Love the look. Can I place the panel in indoor transom window and use as night light? Options for install to std home 110v??

The DEKOR Glass Perfect Panel would be great as a Transom light, or night light. We love to see the creative uses for our etched glass panels. The LEDs included are designed for 12vDC power, so a transformer will be necessary to convert from 110vAC to 12vDC. DEKOR's 24w indoor transformer will do the job for up to 5 panels.
